A public grievance meeting was organized in Karakaur village under Jaitipur, where the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Shahjahanpur directly interacted with local residents. During the session, villagers openly presented their issues, including concerns related to roads, drainage, land disputes, and access to basic services.
The SDM patiently listened to each complaint and ensured immediate action on several matters at the spot. Officials from relevant departments were also present, enabling quick coordination and resolution of problems without delay.
Such public meetings aim to strengthen grassroots governance by bringing administration closer to the people. They provide a platform for villagers to voice their concerns directly to authorities, ensuring transparency, accountability, and faster redressal of grievances.
