Monthly passes are available for those living within a 20-km radius. The National Highway from Lucknow to Palia requires travel from Shahjahanpur via Sindhauli, Puwaiyan, Khutar, and Mailani. A toll plaza has been built near Rajau, Mahanandpur village in Sindhauli.The toll collection contract has been awarded to Delhi-based Gagan Kumar Private Limited. The resumption of operations on Monday caused significant distress among vehicle drivers. Many drivers attempted to change their routes, while others sought alternative routes to avoid paying the toll.For vehicles coming from Shahjahanpur, the route from Mudia turn via Umaria and Kataul goes straight to Korokuiyan. However, construction work is currently underway on this road, forcing drivers to return to this route. Company manager Pintu Kumar Gupta stated that monthly and annual passes are available for non-commercial vehicle owners living within a 20-km radius. The monthly fee is 350 and the annual fee is 3075. Three-wheelers carrying passengers on the highway and vehicles engaged in agricultural work have been exempted from the toll. While cars, vans, and jeeps will be charged ₹65 as toll. ₹105 has been fixed for light commercial vehicles, ₹215 for buses and trucks. While heavier vehicles will be charged ₹415 as toll. There is no toll for two-wheelers. No toilet or ambulance facilities Toilet facilities have not yet been provided near the toll plaza, which could cause inconvenience to women, the elderly, and long-distance travelers. The toll manager stated that arrangements for safety, drinking water, and first aid have been made. Another company will provide toilet work. An ambulance is also not yet available. Cranes will be available to remove damaged vehicles. You will have to pay toll twice Those traveling from Shahjahanpur to Puranpur via Banda and Khutar will now have to pay toll twice. A toll has been established at Sabli Kateli, approximately 25 kilometers from this Rajau toll, while another has been established near Muradpur Gurghiya on the Khutar-Puranpur road. However, the toll for light four-wheelers at both these toll plazas is 45 to 50 rupees.
